great location but check-in needs improvement
The staff were friendly and truly attentive to our needs. Our king room had a stunning city view that made our stay memorable.
Check-in took nearly two hours, which was quite frustrating.

Perfect for a family stay
Had an awesome time at this place with my family. The pool was like a safe haven for my little girl, she was just free to play without me worrying much and the staff was super friendly, really felt taken care of.
It wasn’t cheap, but you know what, it was still acceptable for what we got.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the water refill station which saved us from buying bottled water, and the lovely warm vanilla scent in the lobby that made us feel at home. The outdoor pool was a nice spot to relax with some sun loungers available for chilling out after a long day. The room doors were quite loud when opened and closed, but it didn't ruin our trip at all. 😊

Oh man, the Pork Belly at Rhett is like a flavor explosion! Pair that with the rooftop bar vibes, where the staff are just the friendliest souls, and you've got a good time. Plus, the complimentary water stations are eco-chic and perfect for hydrating between eats!
But hold up, our room was directly under the rooftop bar and it shook like a dance party! They kindly moved us, but the floors could’ve used a good sweep too. Overall, still had a decent time, but note to self, avoid the party floors!

The stay featured a lovely breakfast with satisfying options, alongside a very clean external pool and gym. However, check-in took nearly two hours and required a room switch due to a troubling incident, which could have been improved with more valet staff during our rainy arrival. Despite these hiccups, the beautiful decor and helpful staff made a strong impression, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

missingWrote a review on 24 Julearly poolsteep parking
The pool closes too early at dark, which limits late-night swims after a day of exploring. Valet parking at $51 per night feels steep, and it would be more convenient if the $32 resort fee could be used for a wider variety of options beyond alcohol. The pool itself is only 3 feet deep, which could be a letdown for those hoping for something more substantial. Additionally, when I arrived, valet personnel jumped to conclusions about my parking needs without verifying details first.

During my stay, I loved the outdoor dining experience. Eating dinner outside on the balcony with the fire pit created a nice atmosphere. It felt great to unwind after a long day of exploring. I appreciate unique experiences, especially as I enjoy traveling as a couple with my partner.
The valet parking fee caught me off guard. It was much higher than I anticipated. I also wish I had more options for the $32 voucher, as I don't drink alcohol, making it hard for me to use effectively.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved the vibrant art scene and local cuisine along River Street. Checking out the scenic trail was a highlight—the amphitheater and archaeological site made for a perfect outing. The staff was friendly, and the location was ideal for exploring. Highly recommend it!
The only downside was that our air conditioning wasn't working properly during our stay, which was a bit uncomfortable at times.
